Service acceptance and cancelation policy

Consultation

All new clients are required to undergo an initial consultation to determine the suitability of services.

Consultations include a discussion of the client's skin type, medical history, and specific needs or concerns.

Consent Forms

Clients must complete and sign consent forms before receiving any treatment.

These forms outline the nature of the treatment, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.

Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment.

We accept cash and credit/debit cards.

Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that may impact their service.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the client based on the provided information.

Minors <18 years old

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must sign the consent form on their behalf.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the studio. We will do our best to address your concerns.

Product Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee.

While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, this may result in a shortened or modified service to ensure subsequent appointments remain on schedule.
