Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee.
